"Raphi" — director Frank Thierry Léa Malle, Cameroon. €30,000. A woman who dreamed of being a boxer marries to save her family from poverty — then has to become a boxer for real, to pay off a debt she never should have owed.
"Tkallem" — director Nejib Kthiri, Tunisia. €40,000. A Black Tunisian teenager who communicates mostly through sign language, caught between his parents as his father plots a dangerous crossing to Europe.

"Ruelles Étroites" — director Firoza Houssen, Madagascar. €8,000. A young woman torn between reclaiming a lost love and protecting her little sister.
"Safara" — director Awa Moctar Gueye, Senegal, her first feature. €8,000. A 15-year-old girl uncovers a murder in her Dakar neighborhood.
Completion Funding
"Ego Reach We All (Our Time Will Come)" — director Amartei Armar, Ghana. €15,000. Two orphaned brothers flee to the capital city Accra in search of freedom and a family of their own. Just premiered at the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland.
"Monsieur Pingre" — director Israël Tounou, Togo. €15,000, plus €5,000 in editing support. A penny-pinching father drags his family into a reality-TV competition for 10 million West African francs — about $17,000.
The Commission flagged that this was Ghana's first-ever selection for the fund, having only become eligible in 2025. "Ego Reach We All" made that debut.
