Uganda’s communications regulator has awarded UGX 1.378 billion (about US$352,000) to 22 film and television projects under the third round of its Content Development Support Programme.
The Uganda Communications Commission announced the recipients on 23 September 2026 in Kampala, with support going to animation, documentaries, feature films, short films and television drama series.
