Trailer: "God's Work" Heads to the 8th Joburg Film Festival

Directed by Michael James, "God's Work" takes place inside an abandoned inner-city building in Johannesburg, South Africa, where a group of homeless men live together in unstable conditions.

The film follows their daily struggle for food, safety, and dignity while confronting addiction, unemployment, and the absence of housing or social support. As tensions rise inside the building and pressure mounts from outside forces, each man faces personal choices about survival, responsibility, and community.

Cast includes Thobani Nzuza, Mbulelo Radebe, Omega Ncube, Siya Xaba, Zenzo Msomi, and Nduduzo Kholwa.
